Return Policy :
We accept returns within 5 days of purchase on goods that are in original condition/unopened packaging. If we currently have the product in stock we will mail you a new one and if we are out of stock we will give you store credit or refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items unless the item is defective and unused; in which case we will replace it, offer store credit or refund after it has been mailed back to us as per policy.

Before returning an item, you must email us on the "Contact Page" to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No return will be accepted without following this step. An email with your RAN and mailing steps will be give. Please follow them accordinly.
Damaged Shipments :
If you receive a damaged shipment or suspect a shipment is damaged, please notify the carrier (USPS) and Xmods International immediately. IMPORTANT: Before a carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, it's representative will need to inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. DO NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY ANY SHIPPING CARTONS OR PACKAGING MATERIALS!
