Q: Does Xmods International do custom installs?
A: Sorry we frankly don't have the time to do custom installs for customers. A suggestion would be to visit our Xmods Forum (see link on homepage) and contact someone in the INSTALLERS section of the forum.
Q: How can you offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
A: We want to make it easier for our friends around the world to get custom parts for their Xmods without paying ridiculous shipping & handling fees. Its pretty sickening how some websites can charge more for shipping & handling then what the actual part cost! thats not going to happen here...what you see, is what you pay.
Q: Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
A: Yes, we offer discounts on larger orders of US$300 or more. The discount depends on the item(s) ordered. If it is something we have an overabundance of the discount will be larger and vise versa. Shoot us an email, using the "Contact" link on the homepage, if you wish to discuss a large order discount.
Q: Will you buy my used Xmods items?
A: We really don't look into buying used items, but if you have some new upgrades/items that you are dying to sell... Heck, shoot us an email. We'll see what we can do.
Q: Why don't you make a ......?
A: We get this question alot! We will get to making that specific itemas soon as we can...lol
Q: If I make a Xmods custom upgrade, will you purchase it from me?
A: If you are already in the production stages and are serious about selling it... we will definately be willing to take a look at one of your finished product. If it meets our quality check and fills a customer need... then we can talk about a deal.
Q: When are you going to get ______ back instock?
A: It depends... We come across alot of different items all the time thru suppliers, auctions, customers, etc. Anything that we get back instock will be listed on the homepage under the "Back Instock Items" section.
